Do we have Children's Ministry?
Yes, we have! The Promiseland Junior Church is our Sunday school for kids ages 4 to grade 7 where they can learn about Jesus while having fun. We have exciting games, memory verses, singing and dancing, arts and crafts and also free snacks. Join us every Sunday at 9:00am or 11:00am during the worship service at RBC.
What time are our services?
We meet at 9:00am and 11:00am every Sunday morning.
Do we have childcare?
Yes, we have a nursery for infants to age 3, and children’s church for those from 3 up to age 8.
What should I wear?
Dress how you feel comfortable. Most people come casual.
What can I expect to experience at the Sunday service?
The first thing you will notice is that there is ethnic diversity. This is one of the values that we strive to maintain. We desire to reflect the diverse nature of Canada. You will also quickly discover that there is an excitement at RBC that some have described as "electric". We love to celebrate God's goodness. Our worship services lean towards the contemporary in style, but we are also sensitive to the needs of our older generation who might be bothered by a "louder" worship style. Our congregation is made up of people from all generations. This is also one of our values that we hold dear. What do our services look like? We do a lot of singing with a mix of songs of celebration and praise, songs of reflection and meditation, all pointing to the glory of God in Christ Jesus. Readings from the Scriptures are read, an offering is collected, a story for the children before they are released to go to Children's Church, and then a relevant message from God's Word is given by one of the pastors. On the first Sunday of each month we celebrate the Lord's Supper together.
