The mission of RBC is to produce mature followers of Jesus Christ who love God, people, and serve the community locally and globally.

Our Values
We are in the process of becoming a people who loves God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
Therefore we value:
- Worshipping God in spirit and in truth with our whole beings each and every day, not just on Sunday.
- Getting to know Him in relationship through His Word (the Bible), through His Spirit in prayer, through His creation, and through the Body of Christ, the church.
- Partnering with Him in obedience to the mission Jesus gave us in Matthew 28:18-20.
We are in the process of becoming a people who loves others more.
Therefore we value:
- The process of becoming.
- Honesty and transparency, recognizing that none of us has arrived, and that we are all on a journey towards becoming all that God has called us to be.
- Growing in maturity so that we can love others more completely. That means that we will take on more of the fruit of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control) as we enter purposefully into this process.
- Reaching out, in practical ways, to those outside the church who may not know the love and life that God has for them in Christ Jesus.
- The uniqueness of each person created in the image of God.
- Community, recognizing that there are no “mavericks” in God’s economy. We cannot grow outside of community.
- All individuals, no matter their race, creed, color, religion, status, net worth, intellectual capacity, or any other factor. All are made in the image of God, and are therefore equally valuable.
