Pastor Jeff Germo - Lead Pastor

Pastor Jeff has been with RBC since the fall of 2008. Jeff and Ruth moved from the prairies (Calgary) in 2002. They love their new life on the coast. Jeff’s hobby is photography. You can take a look at some of his photos at http://www.pbase.com/jeffgermo. Both he and Ruth love the out of doors and enjoy hiking, camping, and walking at Boundary Bay. Jeff’s passion, though, is to see men, women, and children growing in maturity in their relationship with Christ. He strongly believes that God has called the church to reach out to those outside its walls with His love, mercy, grace, and hope, and that each person in the church has been gifted in a unique way to carry out this mission. Pastor Kamal Ghamal - Associate Pastor

Pastor Kamal was a principal of a high School in Nepal prior to his theological studies at Sydney Missionary & Bible College, Australia, after which he has had extensive involvement as an associate pastor of youth and young adults at Richmond Baptist Church in Canada since July 2006. Kamal is very passionate and excited to see how God has been moving RBC toward both global and local mission.  Most recently, Kamal is amazed to discover how God equipped and raised the young people as the workers of His harvest both here in RBC and to the Philippines.  Moreover, He believes that God has given RBC a clear vision to reach out the local community with the love of Jesus Christ. Kamal’s interests include jogging, hiking, meeting new people, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Rajani have 2 sons.

Lorraine Perry - Administrator

Lorraine has been a staff member of RBC for a number of years and her cheerful disposition and warm welcome always greet friends and visitors. As Administrator, Lorraine assists Pastor’s Jeff and Kamal wherever possible, manages the daily activities in the church and daycare and ensures the church office is running smoothly. Lorraine and her husband, Robert, have been active members of RBC since 1993 and over the years have been involved in many different ministries. Lorraine is a keen gardener and can be found tending her gardens when not at RBC. As well, she loves to walk, swim and being a lover of animals, volunteering at the local animal sanctuary. Lorraine and Robert have two adult children, one grandson and several animal family members. Lorraine loves serving the Lord and is excited to be a part of the ministry and outreach of RBC. So remember, the coffee is always fresh and the door is open so come on in for a "cuppa" and a chat. She’d love to see you!
